Our longstanding strategic relationships with staffing and technology partners are diverse and deliberate. Since inception, a significant percentage of Encompass' annual spend on technology and staffing has been with certified women- and minority-owned businesses.
Women comprise the majority of Encompass’ core leadership and strategic planning team. Our group consists of working mothers, members in the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, and contributors to Firm pro bono, charitable, school, and other community organizations. The Firm supports "Lean In" as a platform partner, and attorneys on the Encompass team help promote the Lean In community through participation in cross-office Lean In circle peer groups.
