Fortune 500 Technology Company: Commercial Finance Litigation for Alleged Antitrust and Unfair Trade Practices

When a global technology company needed assistance with document collection and review in connection with alleged antitrust and unfair trade practices litigation, it called Encompass. Our team completed a collection and review project over the course of five months, reviewing 1.6 million documents and processing 1.3 terabytes of data. During that time, the Encompass team coordinated forensic and hard copy document collections, conducted witness interviews in connection with the collection process, worked with an ESO vendor to perform key word analyses of sample data collections, assisted case counsel with identifying key facts in the litigation based on our collection, and coordinated rolling productions of documents to opposing counsel.
