Litigation Case Management for Fortune 500 Manufacturer
Our client needed a strategy to convert paper-based litigation case information to electronic information and to code, profile, and manage litigation case information in connection with its defense of hundreds of cases involving diverse product lines. With experienced litigation attorney oversight, Nelson Mullins litigation support professionals designed, developed, implemented, and maintain a litigation case management system for the client that includes uploading and profiling case documents as well as non-discovery documents, including pleadings, deposition transcripts, and various case-specific files.
Prepared over 2,600 Defendant Fact Sheets in Pharmaceutical MDL
Nelson Mullins was retained to serve as National E-Discovery Counsel in connection with multi-district product liability litigation. While Plaintiff Fact Sheets are more common in large, multi-district litigation, in this case, the courts required defendants to complete fact sheets as well. Over the course of nine months, the team negotiated fact sheet content, researched data sources, and completed over 2,600 fact sheets.
